Specs:

- Strategically engineered for athletes with our 35lb (1 pood), 53lb (1.5 pood), and the
Monster Frag 72lb (2pood) Boom Bell.
- Our standard holds true to competitive kettle bells size/weights. The 72lb and 53lb Boom Bell have the same size handle while our 35lb bell has a slightly smaller handle in diameter to complement the bell and user.
- We offer a slightly fatter handle to work on grip strength, but allow smooth transition between movements and hand placement through those movements.
